Star Wars - Reinterpretation of A New Hope
When Topps contacted me about this project, Part of me was screaming YES while the other was hesitant about even trying to reinterpretate this CLASSIC film poster... I was swayed by Mr Waldeck to go for it using my style of illustration... Along with 8 other selected artists who have each contributed their re-imagining of what is possibly one of the most well known film posters in history.

Official AMC 'The Walking Dead' Art Print
As a relative newbie to the show, I honestly had avoided the series even though it was extremely popular, I've never been a big Zombie fan, but due to being asked to join in on this project with HCG and AMC I found myself renting season one, watching it in 5 days, then renting season 2 and watching it over a weekend... I am hooked!
What I loved so much about the story is that it is about the people, their characters and relationships, dealing with a reality that the World as they know it has pretty much come to an end...
I knew then how I wanted to tackle this piece... focusing on the Heroes, the people.
I recalled Drew Struzan creating a Zombie heavy SDCC poster for Season 1... I saw that and thought, well, thats what our heroes are facing right there...
How about we show the zombies point of view in this one...
Hero Complex Gallery has been hoarding for the zombie apocalypse as they prepare to announce their biggest exhibition of the year….invading Los Angeles on Friday, October 11th, from 7-10pm, on the eve of the Season 4 premiere, Hero Complex Gallery celebrates:
AMC’s The Walking Dead!
As millions of fans await the return of one of the most talked about television shows in the world, venture with us into the post-apocalyptic universe of AMC’s The Walking Dead. Artwork will be inspired by the group’s struggle to survive, fighting against the dead, fighting against the living, and even fighting themselves.
A horde of Hero Complex Gallery’s favorite artists are dancing with the dead, bringing to life the loved, hated, and oftentimes feared characters of this worldwide television phenomenon. Complicated leader, Rick Grimes, the dark and mysterious katana-wielding Michonne, and Southern bad boy turned good, Daryl Dixon, are just a few of the iconic characters of this series that are portrayed in paintings, prints, and sculpture.
Join us as we journey into the post-apocalyptic universe of AMC’s The Walking Dead!

Illustrating the Birth of Whiiite Comic Book
My first fully illustrated comic book from cover to cover!...is here!
There has been blood, sweat and tears working on this project... I'm kidding!
It was however a huge challenge realising this story through to completion... A long process, and let me tell you, I have a new appreciation for the comic book artists that do this on a daily basis... you guys... HUGE RESPECT!
Here are some of the initial sketches I did on my iPad while working through the story with Chris and Aric (using Paper by 53) and the final corresponding artwork finalised in Sketchbook Pro
Here are a few examples of the finished pages...
And now, this is pretty cool... another project (see NTSF:SD:SUV::) where my artwork has been re-imagined and animated for video ...with an Original Score by Chase Brawner...
I really hope you enjoy the comic book... This is issue #1 and the start of Whiiite's journey!
Visit Whiiite's homepage for details on how to get hold of the comic and be sure to check out his music too!

The Lone Ranger - Illustrated Fan Poster
When I first heard about Disney's Lone Ranger movie coming out - I thought, what a perfect movie for an illustrated one sheet! I got very excited to see what may come of the official poster...
I felt an opportunity had been missed and so, I decided to create a poster that I thought could be deemed worthy of The Lone Ranger...
I only hope you agree... much like the JJ Abrams Star Trek posters, this is a personal project, just for fun...and for the love of the old movie posters I grew up with.
I'm always listening to music while I work and in particular this track from the Lone Ranger Score by Hans Zimmer really got me pumped while working on the poster...
Back in 1981, The Legend of the Lone Ranger quite rightly had an illustrated poster... plus there are some comprehensives that Master Drew Struzan created for the film poster design... and a collectable plate illustration from 1994
Star Trek - Officially Illustrating Cumberbatch

There will be six issues the first to be released in October.

Saturday Morning TV Show - Batman
When I was a kid I watched many TV shows on Saturday mornings, but one of the earliest I can remember is watching re-runs of the old Batman TV series with Adam West in the lead role. When I was asked to participate in the latest Gallery show at L|td Gallery, this is what sprung to mind for me... Holy blast from the past Batman!...
Not going to San Diego Comic-Con, but itching for your Pop Culture fix?
Ltd. Art Gallery Presents: SATURDAY MORNING
As a child, Saturday mornings were a playground for our imaginations. It was the beginning to the weekend and school was in the rearview mirror. Nothing was sweeter than waking up early, making your way to living room, and taking a journey 30 minutes at a time. Ltd is very excited to present our newest group art show: SATURDAY MORNING. Over 50 artists reflect upon a time when all they needed was a bowl of cereal, their pajamas....and the TV.
